Althouth, unani has complete and permanent treatment for heart blockage; Hakeem Suleman Khan has given a very authentic and effective home remedy. It is a very beneficial treatment that you can have at your home. The ingredients are:
- Garlic (लहसून)
- Ginger (अदरक)
- Apple Cider Vinegar (सेब का सिरका)
- Lemon (नींबू)
- Honey (शहद)
Take the above mentioned ingredients in equal proportions. Extract juice from Garlic, Ginger, Apple Cider Vinegar and lemon. Add them with equal proportion amount of Honey. Now heat up the solution on a low flame and Add 1 gram of saffron (केसर) in it but, make sure it doesn’t boil. Consume 3 teaspoons of this syrup after each meal i.e. breakfast, lunch and dinner. Follow the same step for 3 months and avoid heart blockage.
