A fixed amount of water and blood proportion has to be maintained in the body. The ideal ratio of water and blood should be 3:1 respectively. A person would stay healthier unless this proportion is maintained well. There is a minimal amount of water that our body requires. Various skin diseases start when the amount of water gets decreased in our body. For example in winters we drink less water as we don’t sweat too much. On the other hand, in summers our body demands plenty of water as we sweat much more than usual.
Those who consume tobacco and other similar things frequently, feel much more thirst than usual. Therefore, such people have to drink more water as their body demands it.
