  • Akhrot (Kernel)

    Also known as Walnut, Akhrot is a very potent anti-oxidant source. It helps in maintaining longevity and vitality of the body. It is considered as a brain food because of its amazing richness in Omega 3 fatty acids. It promotes healthy and stable brain.

  • Bala (Seed)

  • Pippali (Fruit)
